Very poor service! No timely call-backs! They actually lost the information from my Uncle’s doctor for an electric hospital bed, with no offer to get another form completed! They also lost all contact information in their computer! You are hung out to dry by this incompetent staff! At one point, they kept giving me their Concord #, even though we live in Portsmouth. Do not recommend!!!
Went in to buy a nebulizer. The store clerk was very clear about what is needed in order to file for insurance (we were not eligible). She explained how we could go about privately filing for reimbursement through our insurance and walked us through setting up and maintaining the machine. Very helpful, and worth the slightly high prices.
I called thee times and was told the person who takes the orders was busy so I left a message...3 times and no return call. Called again, said I didn’t want to leave a voice message and that I would wait until the person was off the phone. Spoke to the guy, placed my order for CPAP supplies.....and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting.nnDon’t waste your time with this company, buy from someone else.
Recently got outfitted with a medical device and Paul was very helpful taking his time to explain how it worked and answered all my questions. My appointment was on time and there was no delay. Friendly staff on site as well. The machine is working great and very happy with the experience. The communication is great including email reminders and ways to make sure my purchase is up to date for any replacement parts that need to be ordered from time to time.
