Today I took my 92 year old Father-in-Law to Seacoast Hearing Center in Portsmouth. In the past we would visit the VA in Boston to get his hearing aids fixed or adjusted, but recently it is been increasingly harder to get appointments. Sometimes they would ask us to mail them in and that could take weeks before they would come back to us.nnLuckily for us, we were able to get an afternoon appointment today with Randall, the Hearing Instrument Specialist and he was extremely accommodating. He was able to adjust and clean his new set of hearing aids and clean and change the filters in his old set. My Father-in-Law was happy when he left there and couldn't stop talking about his visit when he came home.nnThank you again. I am 100% certain we will be coming back to Seacoast Hearing Center in the future.

Hearing well is essential to living life to the fullest - so true! I recently purchased hearing aids and thankfully was introduced to Randy Robinson, the hearing care professional at Seacoast Hearing Center. Randy's knowledgeable expertise and affable professionalism was the perfect choice for me. Randy is thorough, patient and determined to ensure satisfaction for his patients. Here, you WILL benefit from an experienced clinician who is always available to answer questions, offer suggestions and provide excellent service.

Went to have aid checked, it wasn't working right, oops, took Randy 10 minutes to correct, and working fine now. thank you for doing it, I am happy with the results, and shouldn't have waited so long! I have been with Seacoast hearing since June, 2001 when I retired and my aid broke; Not knowing me, they set me up with something to get me over the weekend until they could do a checkup and fit me to one of my own. I always thought that was over and above.

My experience with Seacoast Hearing Center has been always outstanding and most importantly a pleasure. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to one's needs. My options were explained to me along with the associated cost and there was no sales pressure as I made my decision on how to proceed. I didn't realize the extent I had loss my hearing until I started using my new hearing aids. The technology now is just simply amazing. I highly recommend Seacoast Hearing Center.
