Did not have an appointment but they were able to see me. Very courteous. Looking for a new phone, inexpensive but 5G. And wanted it to easy to use (I am not very tech savvy). They showed me 2 options.
I just bought a phone today and my number is under a complete strangers and so is my invoice so I have no way to set up an account. I'm surprised the agent that helped me Saud it was all set and I've called million times and emailed and Noone helps you out. I will be returning this phone tonight.
Do Not Buy Here. No customer service. Only AFTER they take your money they tell you they will not help you set up new phone which with case and screen are $1,200.00 if you buy iPhone 11 Pro. Unhelpful staff. Rude. Go somewhere else. If all you get is a box and no service might as well buy online. No need for 6 people standing around doing nothing in big box store while they tell you they don't help set up new product. Awful. I only gave them 1 star because no stars was not an option. They deserve zero stars. Don't go here.
Always friendly and helpful. During Covid, will check you in at the door. Limiting people inside. Also doing curbside pick up.
