I strongly encourage you to go elsewhere and avoid this company at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had been a loyal customer up until 2014 when I finally cut ties after dealing with rude, condescending customer service. If you place you order and it’s processed correctly, you’re good. But, if there’s an error on the company’s part, that’s when you see the true face of the company. Years back I noticed some of the graphics in their inventory were wrong and/or out of date and identified this issue to customer service. Their response? They wanted ME to pay for the upgrade/correction even though I wasn't ordering the specific graphic. So, I warn all you perspective non-military customers - do your research about their graphics to ensure they're using the current/correct graphics. And, finally, the company started using a cheaper ceramic material which results in a lighter, more breakable mug. Over the years I tolerated the poor customer service due to their outstanding product. But, when they switched to a cheaper product, it made it easier for me to walk away. Don’t waste your time – there are numerous other vendors out there who will value your business.
We have used these guys for 18 years. Product is always perfect and on time.
