Great meal and service. Wife and I have several apps and meals and all were great. We will certainly come back. Our waiter Erik was great as well, attentive and just the right amount of relevant banter back and forth making for a great evening. If you haven’t been here certainly try it
We attended Bruch here and our meal was delicious and a true Farm to Table restaurant. They source there food from numerous local farms. The food was well presented and the taste was out of this world. Excellent waitstaff that both have knowledge of the menu and are professional! As we dined, every table was taken with a line of folks waiting to be seated. Wonderful rustic setting and a wonderful dining experience.
One of my favorite things about Republic is that they have their regular menu items, which are consistently fantastic, and then they are always coming up with new and creative menu items that are also fantastic. I have had my mind blown every single time I’ve eaten there. Food and drinks and service are all perfect every time.
I had their Old Fashioned, which was delicious. I loved their soup special and Pelpetti pasta. I also had their mousse for dessert, and it was good as well. Everything I tried exceeded any expectation. The mussels were cooked to perfection with the waiter offering us bread ( +refills of it) to dip in our broth.
