The bank has a closing before one month I don't know what's going on with this bank I want to change my bank soon because of this problem
Definitely want to close my business accounts after visiting this bank. One of the worst location of bofa . Also, they say customers requests are weird . May be Henry is his name .
Holding my money hostage as they say there is a communication error between them and multiple websites I am trying to access. My card is active with ample funds. Yet another way for the bank to withhold you from utilizing your funds so they can make additional interest from it. Just one person is nothing, but think of the millions of accounts they are doing this to. Terrible. I smell a class action lawsuit like the one against TDBank for overcharging fees. Anyone else?
I have always used this bank for starting my business checking account and this bank has been there when I needed them. Best bank in downtown Manchester!
This bank is horrible. Downtown in the largest city in the state, and they will have 1 teller taking customers while 9 other people are visible in the bank doing things that could be done when the customers are gone. They also have a drive up window they don't use. It is a pain to take your kid out of the carseat because they don't want to use their drive up window. Also, they close at 4pm. Some banks are open late nowadays, not BOA. They can't make it until 5.
