I am shaking my head at the 3 negative reviews--just bad energy. APU is a place of peace and strength. The new shop is totally lovely, with many unique and beautiful items. The open house was humming with a high vibration! I have personally known the owner for over 2 years now and find her respectful, helpful and kind and I look forward to the many workshops and events that will be offered!

I am a firm believer in forming your own opinion and not just believing what you read. It's especially.... WRONG (in my opinion) to review a business that you've never even been too or embelish truths and non truths. Ive been to APU many times, for over a year. Cindy is nothing less than amazing. She's kind and compassionate and most importantly speaks directly to you. Not to others, or with keyboard courage. The natural products made specifically for me have helped my dry skin become smooth and dare i say - silky soft! And my anxiety, 8 months without any! Cindy and her sincerity have been a god send to me. I highly recommend APU!

I’ve not met this woman personally, but my daughter and her best friend were friends and clients. My daughter her a pendulum board at her request, and put so much into it, even putting a piece of material from a maternity dress she wore while pregnant with her son who passed. They had a falling out and this woman is now harassing my daughter and I fear, trying to cause them both ill will! The behaviors she’s exhibiting are against everything she is supposed to stand for! I strongly suggest doing your research before handing money to this woman for any services. She is anything but pure of heart

It is unfair and deceitful to post a negative review of a business that one has never visited nor had any personal dealings with!nI, however, have had nothing but stellar, outstanding products, services and interactions from Cindy and APU Mountain Spirit. I have been a client for almost a year and Cindy helped me cope with and move on after a hard, emotional divorce.nI HIGHLY recommend Cindy and APU to anyone.
