Got screwed out of perfect condition iPhone 8’s to upgrade to iPhone 11 due to a supposed “antennae” issue with the 8s... was lied to by csr’s for 3 months for us to keep getting strung along with limited to no service. Finally switched to a reliable carrier and got stuck with a bill for over $1400.00!! Data team could not resolve issue and did not care that there was a problem. Was told to call customer service & they couldn’t help— transferred to customer relations, first time got hung up on before was transferred, 2nd time got told they can’t do nothing except continue to stick us with bill for over $1400.00 & pass along our name and number to our regional manager... still waiting for that call to come in... shady company with HORRIBLE customer service. Does not care about their reps LYING & SCREWING OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
