I mail UPS packages here. They are always very friendly and helpful. Spent close to an hour trying to help me get my return label for a package. A1 customer service.
Very personable and friendly. Offered to give us a ride somewhere while we waited for our windshield repair.
Called to get a new windshield and was quoted one price so went and told them to get my windshield, well they ordered wrong one, they got another one and put the windshield in then called me and the quote had DOUBLED in price they didn’t even let me know before they put it in as I would of went with safelite who was 200 cheaper! Not a way to run a business!!
I'm sharing an experience we just had with Cornhusker Glass. My daughter and her boyfriend were stranded in Ogallala due to a horrible hail storm that completely trashed their windshield. They were driving from Chicago to Colorado. My daughter is 19 and in college and as a Mother I was hysterical to say the least when I got her phone call. They had to stay at a hotel close by while it was being fixed and needed to get home. I had called around and all of the other shops were going to be at least 3 days out. Cornhukser was able to get the window ordered and replaced in 2 days. To say the least this company could not have been nicer, more efficient and cost effective. I had multiple conversations with them on the phone and their concern was for my daughter. These are the kind of businesses that need to be supported! They were the best!
