If you want to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru to talk to a person on a computer, this is the place for you! Also, if you have an account here and pass away, they will not freeze it despite your family's request. They will continue to allow automatic withdrawals to come out. This bank used to be a nice locally owned place with friendly faces but it has really gone downhill the last few years.

It almost felt as if They were very pushy and trying to get us out of the bank because it was like an hour till close. Also they are very unorganized, wether you are talking to them on the phone they tell you stuff then you come in and what ever they tell you on the phone is the total opposite when you come in, and also while inside the bank they are very unorganized to it being the receptionist telling me one thing then the girl in the back coming out and telling me something different. Just one big waste of gas for real. The only nice person was the young girl up front working desk.

Very courteous staff with smiles on their faces. They are also very helpful. I have MS and bad handwriting so they often help me with the forms. They will write them for me or rewrite them neater without complaint.
