Great customer service. The people who work here really know their stuff. My dog had been having some issues with her food lately and they gave me three samples to try, and what was good about each one. You also get a goodie bag the first time you shop there- SO nice! I love that they only buy from suppliers they know and trust their ingredients too. Highly recommend!
The staff here is fantastic, some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. One of the cashiers realized that when we originally signed up for a membership, we were not checked out properly, so she completed the sign up process and even gave us a gift basket!
Friendly staff and nice, clean store. Lacked in variety of grain free chicken biscuit treats.
Always friendly, always ready to help. And you can even return dog food, if your dog did not like it. The only issue I have is the pricing. It tends to be a little high.
They got rid of Jen on a fabricated complaint. Companies that don't value their best employees don't deserve stars on reviews.
