I have been very pleased with the care myself and my three children have received at Gray Family Vision. Dr. Cook takes the time to explain every aspect of our care and inform us about options and diagnoses. The staff is responsive and polite. I have recommended them to several people.
My eye exam visit was great. All the staff and Dr Guiseley are amazing. They explained everything clear. Every step is fast and pleasant. Literally no wait at all. I will come back again no matter if my insurance covers it or not.
I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the ease of making an appointment as a new patient. The office was clean and there was a large selection of glasses for finding a new pair. A great eye doctor office!
