I had a left total knee replacement done by Dr. Chi on Sept. 29, 2020. I arrived at the surgery center when they opened for the morning. I signed a few forms, some instructions were provided to my husband & I was taken back to prepare for my surgery. My husband wasn't allowed to stay due to Covid restrictions. My intake nurse was great. Dr. Chi came by to see me & discuss any last minute concerns & then anesthesia came by to talk about my options & how things would precede. In recovery room, Dr. John (anesthesiologist) was quickly by my side to insert my nerve block & provide pain relief. My husband was called & allowed into the recovery area so we could both be trained by physical therapy. After I walked the hall with my walker, climbed a few stairs up & down & learned to transfer off & on a raised toilet I was checked off by PT & was ready to go. I was offered a sandwich in recovery prior to leaving. I always felt well taken care of & safe. The environment was clean & all the staff I encountered were excellent. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The nurses are extremely friendly. Admittedly, I was very nervous about surgery, but they helped calm me down and are professional. They call to check up on me the next day, which I really appreciate.

Wow, they have some real impolite nurses making some real unnecessary comments. Brought my 80 year old Mom in for shoulder surgery and our initial nurse was cool and comforting to her, but the rest carry some real bad vibes. My mom was just coming off anesthesia having a hard time drinking water and the nurse was like “we’re not going to feed you or anything.” They accidentally gave us another patient’s belongings on our way out and I actually drove all the way from Factoria to bring it back for them. The nurse at the front desk looked at me all crazy with her first words being “what do you want?” Lol at that point I wasn’t surprised with the greeting I was gonna get there. They have to be contractors there or something b/c that can’t be what Swedish representation is about.

The front receptionist/desk is so rude no manners at all. I was there for knee surgery and was nervous obviously for having surgery. But the rude receptionist really spoiled my day.

December of 2018 I had rotator cuff surgery. Dr Sailer was excellent throughout the entire process. He made sure I was informed and understood every step prior to the surgery and explained what would happen after surgery including physical therapy. Yesterday I had carpal tunnel surgery which was performed by Dr Lohse. He was by far one of the nicest and caring surgeons I've met. Once again I felt very informed and the entire staff was very welcoming and friendly to my wife and I throughout the entire process.
