Store owner had his 10 year old son running the front counter when told I would be in to pick up my device, after some push back the child admitted maybe my dad is in the back and went looking for him.nnOwner was rude over the phone and complained about the amount of devices he currently has for repair “and is just really busy as a one man shop”.nnIf you are unable to complete the work you quote to a customer in a reasonable amount of time, and then go MIA for 4 days when promising a days time frame, you shouldn’t be taking new customers or devices.nnOwner may be going through struggles or hardship as referenced in other review responses, but it’s very easy to stop accepting new work if you’re unable to complete the work you already have.
