I had a great experience both times I was in the store. The manager Trisha was very helpful and nice. The others stores could really learn from her and how to provide great customer service. She went above and beyond to take care of us. I hope they value her as an employee because their other stores need more people like her.

Horribly unorganized between employees and their lack of knowledge. I don't know is not an answer you expect from your US Cellular Store about your US Cellular service on your Android. What a mess and it did not just happen once.

The girl was terrific, she helped me buy a new iPhone set it up and ordered a case for me. This will be my new go to store. Thank You for taking the time to make sure I was happy with my phone before I left the store, I wish I could remember her name

Always get my question's answer. Or problems always fixed or solved.
