Walmart Vision & Glasses

I scheduled my child over a month ago for her eye doctor appointment. The lady on the phone who scheduled the appointment was very rude and seemed to busy to be on the phone answering my questions. Day of appointment, get there with my child start the paper work process just to be told she doesnt have a appointment. After I recived my comformation call and was told to come 15 minutes early. Told the lady I would show her my call log for proof and could even replay the voicemail they left on my phone. She wasn't trying to hear any of it or apologize for their clear mistake! Wouldn't send my worst enemy to walmart vision center!

Was told to hold for a few minutes....... then turned into 20 minutes..... called back to try and see what was going on or if I was forgotten, and I wasn’t even able to say a word before being placed on hold, bound for another ungodly and unprofessional response time. Couldn’t expect more from an eye care establishment owned by Walmart. Take your business elsewhere people, unless you want to be receiving retirement by the time you get your glasses ud83eudd22 #worstserviceever

Horrible service! Always get put on hold; may be short handed? Called 3 times in the last 2 years to try and get an appointment and was put on hold all 3 times for so long I decided to go elsewhere! Typical Walmart service!!!

I consistently have good experiences with this vision center. The personnel are kind and courteous, my glasses are available in a respectable time frame and even if I sit on my glasses within the first year, they replace them. Highly recommend.

The eye exam was fine. I wear bifocals and when I came to pick up my glasses they were single vision. So mor I have to wait another two weeks to get the right glasses. They didn't offer to do anything other than order me another set of glasses .Not happy.
