Gary Spencer came and installed water softener and he told me I needed to run the reverse osmosis for at least 20 minutes to get it to taste good. I ran it for 2 days for 20 minutes those days. The water smells and taste bad. I have contacted him and he has never fixed the problem. The water taste and smells bad. He has never responded to fixing the problem. I will be reporting him to the bbb
