This grocery store looks great since it was upgraded. On another note I warn all customers to start checking their receipt or better yet pay attention as the cashier scans your items! The last SEVERAL times I have gone to this location as well as the Zion location I was overcharged!nI began to pay close attention, and caught the many errors! I made them do a price check and it was resolved. This has happened SO many times in a row its pathetic! I've been overcharged over $12, $10, & $5+. So I started examining my receipts, I will even tell the cashier not to start ringing me up until I have all items out of the cart! Hold on to your receipts, pay attention, they have major changes to examine!
A great little store with a great variety of groceries. I'm able to find some Illinois Own products that otherwise I can only get at a farmer's market. One thing I'm very pleased about is that they carry rose water.
Everything is very well placed and carefully looked after. This is how all jewel food stores should operate!
Went to jewel yesterday and we got 2 litter of Pepsi's today we opened a bottled and boyfriend said it tasted so flat and he trying to drink. I looked at the date of the soda it said 0ct 12 2020. Can you guys check your shelves before stocking stuff, this is not the first time this happen to us where we bought soda from jewel and the soda would be flat.nThank you.
Good location, convenient hours of operation, with good selection - if they had more consistently open standard lanes and a larger self-checkout area, it'd be a 5 star rating.
