Fantastic purchase experience! It’s no surprise that they’ve been in business for more than 50 years. Nielsen’s knows how to take care of their customers. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff. Jeff and Mike helped me get the bike I wanted at the right price and offered a great value for my trade. This was probably one of the quickest and easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made. I can’t wait for my next purchase! Speaking of that… you guys have a great location with a beautiful showroom but we didn’t have a chance to check out the accessories department. The next time we are there, my wife and I are looking forward to checking out all the gear. That area is huge and has everything. You guys are a one stop shop!nLooking forward to my next visit!
Working with Nielsen was definitely enjoyable. I contacted Mike via email to ask some questions about buying a bike from them. Mike was very helpful in explaining everything to me, as well as being able to answer any questions I had, it a very timely manner. I ended up buying a bike through Scott, who was also very friendly and willing to help me out as much as possible. Although I didn't end up with the bike I was initially looking for, I was able to make a deal with them very quickly, and I'm still very happy with my experience. The showroom is clean, all the employees were friendly, and overall it was a great experience. The only downside, is that they're a bit of a drive, but it's definitely worth it if you're looking for knowledgeable, friendly, competent salespeople and a good experience!
These guys are great! Mike Fouke was very transparent throughout the entire process. Once I emailed him we talked he explained everything and really worked with me on my trade in. Cassi in the finance department and all her coworkers were amazing. It was one of the easiest purchases I ever made. Thank you guys for my 2021 Honda Gold wing.
I recently took the delivery of the Polaris Ranger EV. Very Happy with the unit itself. I can not say enough good things about the people working at Nielsen's. Howard was my point of sale - very knowledgeable and very professional. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I also made contact with Mike H in Howard's absence. At the service dept. I had few accessories installed, these guys are top notch Ron and the techs run a well oiled machine.nnI was dealing with a small electrical matter and it was resolved to my satisfaction and beyond. These guys will absolutely go out of their way to make sure you are 100% satisfied. They are all STARS in my book! Ordered a part for my bike, was told 3-5 days. It has now been almost a week and a half and they have no idea when it will actually be in. Tried to reach the parts manager, was told he will call me back. It has now been 2 days since the guy at the parts counter said the parts manager will call me. Now I'm being told they may have it, but they haven't checked it into their stock and won't until Monday at the earliest. If I had known it would have taken 2+ weeks, I could have ordered somewhere else and gotten it much faster. My motorcycle has now been sitting for 2 weeks waiting on this 1 part.
