I have driven by a couple time per week since they opened but always went to other dispensaries close to home. I’m glad I stopped to try them. It was Quick, easy and they have a large selection of treats not to mention the menu takes away the guess work. And the final bill was still $8 cheaper than what my confirmation email showed. Will definitely come by a lot more often. A++

I really like this place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am a new user of cannabis, and Mike (manager?) was very helpful on two visits. He suggested the 1:1 tonic, which I love. Although I live closer to Med Men in Oak Park (which I also like), I visit Consume because of two things in particular: ease of online ordering with prices that include tax, and the patient, knowledgeable service.

I didn't get the name of the lady who helped me, but I wish I would have. I've been to dispensaries across the country and she made my experience the best. She was personable and friendly and did not at all seem nervous about her job.nnFor some reason I always feel like people are nervous when they're inside a dispensary. Even the people working behind the counter sometimes seem on edge with all the security protocol. She seemed confident and knowledgeable and like she was having a great time. She signed me up for a loyalty program, and I hope I see her when I return.

My first time ever visiting a dispensary, I was a little intimidated. The staff changed all that. There were three people at the front desk. Nick, Shirley and Alyssa and they were so fantastic in giving me direction and explaining everything about the process. Alyssa was kind enough to walk me in to talk to a very knowledgeable young man named Anthony who helped me beyond measure. They have made a lifetime member out of me. Way to go Consume!! Keep up the great work. Your staff is phenomenal.

What a great experience! Great location, great products and great staff. Was greeted by a lovely young lady named Alyssa. Let her know it was my first time in and she gave me a quick tour and made some great recommendations for me. Very happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service experience I had.
