I came to this location today and I am very upset with the staff at this Burberry. When you walk into this location they force you to use hand sanitizer on your hands because of Covid-19. I respect wearing masks, staying 6 feet apart and any other regulations the CDC has put out. The CDC put out lots of information about how over using hand sanitizer can really affect your skin over time. I’m worried about my skin and that it will dry out. My hands were clean and I had them washed and sanitize before hand already so I did not want to sanitize again since that will completely dry out my skin on my hands. But I then proceeded to use the hand sanitizer so they could back off and the Lady working there named Christy called security on me when I had already used the hand sanitizer and tried to cooperate with them. They are acting like Nazi’s and they are claiming they are following rules from England. What does England have to do with America? Beware from this store I will never come back to this location ever again!!
Sales associate, Elizabeth is the best! She personally reached out when my size came back in stock after weeks and put it on hold for me till I went in for an exchange. Definitely ask for her!

Was ready to spend money on a purse and the associate didn’t even help me. Worst store I have ever been to.
