Took them more than an hour to process a return! I went to exchange a previous purchase with a new pair of shoes. I asked the associate if I can apply the discount from my previous purchase and apply to the new one, she said I can’t. After she completed the transaction she told me you can use a 20% coupon for members, but I can’t do it for exchanges you have to do a full return and buy the new items. Well if she told me this from the beginning I would have done this. So I returned the shoes again and it took her forever to figure how to process a return. It took more than half an hour until the manager came in and processed the transaction. It looks like the manager wasn’t in-store at that time. Employees need better training.
Fabulous shoes and purses. Great quality and you get what you paid for.
The people were professional and courteous
Nice stuff prices a bit high for the quality. Staff tries and scam your email for a receipt. Then try and sell you a bag for a dollar. Petty stuff. You ever notice corporation want to save the earth but it cost the customer more money. Donate profits to legitimate outlets to save the world from the use of plastics.
Very friendly, energetic sales lady. She really took the time to strike up a conversation and get to know the customer. What I do not like is the common practice of the sales associate to try and sell those shoe inserts with every pair of shoes. I want to purchase a shoe that is comfortable made and one that fits. Not a shoe that needs that insert to fit comfortable. Based on past experience I feel very pressured to buy that insole.
