Well stocked and clean store in spite of being very busy. Quick check out.

No customer service! I walked around the store for 30 minutes and NO ONE said a word to me. There were plenty of employees walking around, vacuuming and trying to look busy. I had a similar experience at the Nike Outlet right before and was hoping DSW would be different. Will NOT be returning.

Inconsistent customer service. Sometimes they go out of their way to help you and other time they just don't care!

Place is well maintained and associates are all nice. One thing that irked me is that their coupons say 20% off EVERYTHING. Then when you read the fine print (and they don't have an astrix) it says excludes Nike, Converse etc. Just feels like false marketing.
