I took my 14 year old son to Dupage Medical in Blue Island to see dermatologist Poojal Patel. She never examined his face, all she kept talking about was giving him antibiotics for 5 months. She was so uninterested in my son that it was almost as if she was afraid to touch him. If she is that worried about Covid or anything else then she should not see patients at all!!! She didn’t even tell us the next steps after she sent some Rx to our pharmacy (which she never told us what it was or the name). She just said “ok great” and left the room. I had to go into the hallway and find her to ask “what next”? This was the worst visit ever!!!! We will never go back there.
