I changed this review to 5 stars after the general manager contacted me. She wanted me to know that they continue to improve their high standards of customer service and invited my party of 7 back to the restaurant. We returned yesterday and was greeted by her as soon as we walked in. Once we settled in at our table we were approached by the waiter who took our drink order. The appetizers and meals that followed were delivered in a timely manner and were excellent. Our waiter was attentive to us throughout. This is customer service at its best! We will return. Thank you Lisa Grzelak for reaching out to me and making this right. Oh and by the way she picked up the tab.nnI'm giving this review 2 stars only because of the service we received. We were celebrating my son's birthday, I mentioned this when I made the reservation for 7 people. We were seated promptly and then sat for 20 minutes before our waitress came to greet us and took our drink orders. Then appetizers were ordered along with a large cheese pizza for the table.nWhile we were waiting for the appetizers we decided to order a few dinner entrees and another small pizza. Finally the appetizers came but not the cheese pizza that was ordered with them. I asked our waitress about this and she said this will be brought with the other entrees.nFinally 90 minutes later our entrees came but still no cheese pizza. I asked her about this. I saw her talking with the manager and the head chef in the kitchen. I finally told her if the pizza hadn't been ordered we no longer want it. By this time we were so fed up and tired of waiting. We had been there almost 2 hours by now. The food is very good but the service we received was horrible.

I tried the vodka sauce and Alfredo pasta. Both disappointing, the flavors were not there. It wasn’t good and didn’t taste authentic at all. The fried calamari was okay. The pepperoni pizza too greasy. Very Americanized and way too expensive for the quality of the food. Not worth the prices. Overall good customer service.

While it's a limited menu, the small plates were great. I'd recommend the meatballs, short ribs, and goat cheese. Nice, friendly staff and the food came out quickly.

The food is always amazing! Our two stars have to do with our server. Haven't eaten out entire pandemic but decided to try a few days ago. No complaints about the food but our server was the only server Not wearing his mask properly. It was under his nose! My horror was when he approached our table to refill water and instead of asking for the glass he reached right next to my face. With his mask under his nose!!! Thanks for the moment of panic I should've stayed home, good food is not worth getting sick
