I must salute Jason the branch manager. As one of his employees thought it was fun to hang up on me as a customer. Jason listened to and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am not a PNC Bank customer and with rude customer service like Bill provided by hanging up, I never will be a PNC Bank customer. However, I give credit when it is due and Jason did a phenomenal job today!

Called and asked about notary for I-9 forms, male employee there confirmed they can do it. I get there, they’re all confused on what it is, even the manager (which is shocking) and the male employee lies and says I called asking about a bank account. Idk about you but I-9 form and bank account sound vastly different. Complete waste of time and energy. I’m leaving PNC bank this year, I’m officially done with the BS. They’re good for nothing. The employees are ALWAYS confused about everything. Train your employees to listen to customers when speaking and not rushing them off the phone. What kind of bank doesn’t have a notary on staff? How is that even possible. Ridiculous.

Due to Covid my ELMHURST PNC lobby has closed so I was forced to go to this Lombard location. Wherein I have found that 99% of the employees are incompetent and fail to know how to do any banking services. Their solution to everything is to send me to their o1-800 number. Well as a disgruntled employee I happen to express my disagreement with them at one point and due to that disagreement they took it upon themselves to cancelnMy services and close my accounts without even telling me!!! So today when I went out to use my debit card and five stores in the row were declined, I went to this bank branch in Lombard at which time they told me that I was closed due to “inappropriate behavior”. Really? Hmmmm guess we don’t have freedom of speech either these days.... howevernI was not notified by mail, phone, email or otherwise. I think that this is the worst unethical unprofessional service I could ever imagine having during a time of hardships and Covid and everything else. To close someone’s accounts unbeknownst to them is apalling and unacceptable and because of this I am actually grateful - grateful! that I am no longer a customer of PNC. I will never ever do business with them nor recommend them to anyone. Very very disappointing PNC.nnDo not invest your time and money into a place that has so little respect for their customers....

Sana Syed helped me and she was the best! She was so friendly and explained everything perfectly! She wasn’t pushy or rude, defiantly trust her and the bank!
