This is by far The BEST COMPANY we had in pos system, it is so personalized, every single time we get a person immediately, any problem we had, witch by the way is rarely, in a couple minutes we get it fix.nIt is a simple program to train servers, and it has so many things that help with payroll, food prices and so much to offer! I highly recommend them. We have them in all of our restaurants!
I recommend this company! quality credit card terminals and excellent rates! Great service and truly professional.
I did an install for them on short notice. After sending them an invoice they refused to pay it, stating the verbal agreement was for a lesser amount. This was not true. I attempted to negotiate with them and the end result they never paid anything. Turned them over to collections. I would not recommend working with Brad or Bankcard POS.
Brad and his team are always so helpful when I call in with a question they always take the time to help plus they help save me money and cut my bill in half from my previous merchant processor! I highly recommend Bankcard POS!!
I have been working with Bankcard POS for the last 2 1/2 years and have been very satisfied with their product. Brad has always been very helpful with terminal issues and programing. He is very quick to respond to any issues and gets my terminals up and running efficiently every time. As for my card processing, I'm very happy with the rates and never had an issue with my batches. I recommend Bankcard POS!
