I swear I never write reviews but I had to on this on. My dad had an appointment to take out his catheter at 750am they told us to be here early so we did. 730 to be exact. We get here they said they can’t attend us yet. We waited 40 minutes later I go up to the same lady and she tells us “oh for your doctor is the next window” couldn’t they tell us this in the first place. They are always changing windows and don’t have out the names of the doctors is which window. We waited for an hour and a half or more just for a catheter removal. SMH!

Receptionists are not professional at all. I had to help patients. No bilingual receptionist. Donna MA put me in after an hour wait because they didnt check me in..and they didnt apologize or acknowledge their error. I asked to manager and they never came to talk to me. The urologist rushed to see me..I will tell my insurance to find someone else.

Dr. kim is a wonderful doctor, but his front desk secretary is horrible. She is very unpleasant and unwelcoming. I have came to this location on three different occasions and she always have an attitude problem. At my previous appointment I was instructed to get a KUB done in bring in the disc on my current schedule appointment day. I explained that I would need a referral to get the test done. I was instructed to call the office on the day I was going to get the KUB completed, because it only takes a few minutes to put in the system. So, I did what I was instructed to do! When I called Dr. kim office his secretary told the lady from the call center to tell me she was in a clinical class and wouldn't be able to send over a referral for the test and there was no one else who can do the referral for me today. My appointment is later on that evening. I am a nurse in just got off work from during a 12 hour shift this morning. I was forced to sign an acknowledgement of responsibility to get the test completed. After, I left the hospital I went to the office and the secretary was sitting at the front desk and not in a clinical class, but that was what I was told. She looked surprised when I came to the office. I stated to her what I was told on the phonne about her being in a clinical class and she couldn't do the referral today. The secretary stated to me that she was busy and had alot of work to do, so she cannot do the referral today. She then stated they normally ask their patients to do it before their next scheduled appointment. I told her what I was instructed at my last appointment once again as well as I am busy just like she is busy. She say okay just have a sit and I will see if someone else is willing to do the referral. I am confused! This is your job in your telling untruthful information about you being in a clinical class and when I come your not in a class, than you tell me you have alot of work to do your busy so you cannot do the referral. This is unacceptable. I am not allowed to tell my patients I am busy so I cannot provide patient care today. It is call muti-tasking and if you cannot do that; that mean this is not the job for you. Check your attitude, be more friendly you are working with customer service.

Voicemail system sucks. Can never talk to anyone without leaving a message. Message asks for nonmedical question an you are direct to prescriptions.
