Randy McManigal from First Midwest Bank was very professional and easy to work with in getting my buyer's loan closed. He was responsive to my calls, and took action when necessary, to make everything close on time. I highly recommend him for all residential loans.

This bank has the worse service, it was great when it was Standard Bank but sure has gone down hill. Waited 30 minutes on the phone just to talk to a human, then was transferred to the wrong department and told I would have to call back and start all over again !!!

I once waited 40 minutes to get my check cashed. The ladies just sit back there and talk too much. I could be the only car in the drive through and still wait. If my employer didn’t use this bank I wouldn’t! I’ve been to other locations and somehow they manage faster . It’s this locations issue!
