Their open hours says 6am - 5pm but the teller isn't going to be there until 1pm?! I don't mind walking but the other teller was a 10 min walk the opposite direction of my gate and chose this location for a reason. At the other teller, make sure you double check their math. I exchanged 70 euros at a rate of 1.0445 (it was 1.11 outside of this place) plus a 7.95 service fee totalling $59?! I tried to talk to the teller and just ended up cancelling the transaction and just getting my original money back because they were not understanding why I was frustrated. Found out my bank will exchange foreign currency so I will just do it there. If this is how they do exchange rates, they've accumulated so much money due to incorrect math.

I had a complicated order involving multiple currencies and it wasn’t until I was in Thailand that I realized they ripped me off. They gave me $50 worth of Thai baht when I payed for $100.
