They do not back their equipment. Even if you buy something used for an expensive price, it shouldn't need fixed within 3 to 6 months. And want to charge for a monthly service. The equipment isn't what they said it was. Salesman also doesn't follow through to email with a plan like was told. When you call the office you don't get a call back for a week. So very slow on follow through.
