I highly recommend check into cash! They always seem to maintain an inviting atmosphere, even during the most trying times. I have worked with Maurissa C. several times and she is always friendly, professional and never pushy. I'm not sure of her coworkers name, but she too is friendly and professional. These ladies know what they're doing and I am in and out at my convenience when I visit. Ii very much appreciate their assistance.
I have used the Carbondale store on several occasions. Each and every encounter has been a pleasant experience! I live nearly an hour away, driving through the “hub of the universe” (where there are several title loan businesses, mind you) just to do business here. Went into check into cash today. Maurissa And Voicy, the two service representatives on duty were professional, warm and friendly! We got quick and friendly service with no problems at all! I’ve been to this location in the past and while always dependable, the customer service, kindness and general courtesy as humans they gave was unparalleled.nnThey actually took the time to listen and help figure out what the best options for us were and went above and beyond in answering our questions. I’d highly recommend coming to visit them if you are seeking a temporary loan! They have definitely put a pep in my holiday step!
