I purchased an elliptical machine from these guys, and am very happy with it. The machine is good quality and it was a great price. Spencer, the sales person, was straightforward and easy to deal with. And when there was a minor problem with it, their technician, Matt, came all the way from Connecticut to my home in Hudson NY the next day . I don't see how they could do better.

I recently purchased a refurbished Keiser m3 spin cycle here and am totally pleased with the service and the product. One advantage of buying here is that I could compare the four different manufacturers' models which Used Fitness Sales happened to have on the floor that day (the inventory at any moment changes), something one can't do in a store. That was extremely useful in making my selection. These folks are very competent in what they do! And very personable. If I had more room in my apartment I'd buy more gear here!
I reached out to Lauren to see what was available for creating a home gym and she immediately helped me find what I was looking for within our price range. She was great with customer service and prompt with answering any questions I had. Delivery went very smooth and we are very happy with our Precor AMT that we purchased. The whole process was very easy! Highly recommend.
