Food & people are terrible. I was cussed at through the phone and told that she was “done with me” because they canceled one order and got upset that I placed another.

This was the by far the rudest people I have ever been to at a restaurant, i went through haleyville i am not from here I placed a order to pick up I walked to the door and its locked which I completely understand because of covid well I was asking the lady what to do , as shes walking screaming at me to get into my car I was trying to tell her that I had already ordered do I call to tell them which car I was in and she continued to holler at me to wait in my car so I went to my car. By far the rudest place I have ever visited and will not be back, personally I would not have even paid for the order but they already had it made 2 wrongs dont make a right.

Pizza Hut in Haleyville Alabama has the best employees & customer service you could ever ask for & I WILL ONLY GET MY PIZZA HUT PIZZA AT THE HALEYVILLE ALABAMA STORE it's by far the best pizza we have anywhere near our small town!!!! I also want to say this: I will not get anything from the Pizza Hut in Jasper Alabama they have the worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had & the staff is very rude & they will not let you get a refill but you have to say something about needing more to drink multiple times before you have an employee stomp over halfway refills your drink then sets it down so hard that it splashes on you & the thing is I wasn't being hateful, or rude, or anything I am not like that but I will say that if I were being ugly and rude I would have understood the attitude he had with me but I was polite to him

They were very accommodating to my dietary request and I truly enjoyed the crustless pizza!
