Not sure if the employees just don't care, or if they were not trained properly. Every time I or a family member has visited this location the order is wrong and or we are overcharged. I've also never see a Jack's location charge extra for extra lettuce, pickles, or onions if it was a sandwich that already comes with those things on them.
Always a good reliable place to get food. They always give the right food and it's always hot not reheated.
Service is good and there are alot of kind workers! They will sometimes get orders wrong but it's not an all the time occurrence, and they do their best to fix them. Overall nice place!

Visited Oct 8 , 09:00 . Orderd the special and it was not up to Jack's standard of Quality. it was hot and the biscuit was good. The bacon looked liked a strip that was sliced down the middle and the eggs were burnt.i have never been to Jack's and the eggs had brown in them.about 2 times the employees they needed and they were still stumbling around like they just got off the boat that morning.the foam plate looked weird and shaped like a bowl like it got too close to the grill. I eat at Jack's all the time and usually get the quality of food I expect but it will be along time if ever I return to this location.
