Amedisys Home Health Care

They don't explain the services that will be provided. They don't provide a schedule so that I know when they are coming. I got out of the hospital with full service Amedisys home health care. Two weeks later, I'm back in the hospital again. The Amedisys nurse checks vital signs but I needed more care. The nurse drew blood on my request, but when it was tested, it said my potassium was high, but the blood test done at NHC two days later showed my potassium was critically low and I went to ICU. My daughter called your office several times to discuss the care, and she talked to the nurse and the social worker but nothing improved.
