One of the worst Service departments i have ever been to. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They make it up as they go and don't give you accurate info. Hard to run a busness and have them as a partner, they are cold to their customers needs.

I have received unsolicited emails from Fitzgerald to purchase a Peterbilt from them. I currently own a Fitzgerald glider and based on my experiences with my glider, I wouldn't buy anything from Tommy Fitzgerald ever again. I have had numerous issues with my glider and dealing with the Warranty Department was like pulling teeth. Thank goodness 1/2-an-a**hole Bill Downey retired. What robbers! Why Peterbilt would allow Fitzgerald to sell Peterbilt trucks is beyond me. Buyer beware! My advice buy your tractor somewhere else.

Upon first contact getting things started is very slow, I loss 24 hours and a $4300 load. The second day was a bit better. Got in by 10:00 and my mechanic Jacob took my truck in and listen to what I had to say. Communication started out slow, but as I was checking on his progress, he updated me each time I went down. While working on my truck Jacob made me aware of a pulley that was going bad and my belts were being damaged due to it. One thing I liked about my contact here was my mechanic talked to me when I asked what the status was on my truck. If I need help with anything and I am In this area I want Jacob working on my truck. The bill was high,but based on what he found, it could have been alot worst.

Been to many places, rush, kennworth, freightliner, and others for two years. This was the first place to figure out what was wrong with my dpf and fix it correctly. Their mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They may be slow but they want to make sure they diagnose the problem correctly. All their personal are friendly and helpful. Thank you
