We did not get any silverware at first. The prime rib was over done and both of us had half a prime rib of fat... one of them was cooked well done when we wanted medium. Both prime ribs were too salty to even eat. The other two steaks were cooked decent and the baked potatoes were good. Would not recommend fultondale outback.

I am one of does people that try to support local business and specially the employees since that's a local family...but... TODAY WAS The Worst service I have been given in this area!!!nWe came to celebrate ud83eudd42 our move to this area and I have never felt so unwelcome ! The hostess was wonderful. After waiting for 1 hr at our table for the appetizer we asked the hostess for help, she quickly helped us and apologize, but, after another 30 minutes our order was taken, by the it was shift change and our food arrived ud83dude12 ...We got to the restaurant ( and our table) at 502pm, we finally just left and is 712pm...all we order was burger and 1 half rack of ribs...our waitress seemed annoyed just by us asking for the check, and then she stood there waiting for it to be handed back to her. I can promise you that I will never return to this or any Outback location, because I do not want to ever feel unwanted at a business!

Went here with my family for a late birthday supper celebration for myself. Out waitress was very friendly. We ordered a bloomin onion and mushrooms for an appetizer. The onion was almost burned on one side and tasted that way as well. The mushrooms were absolutely wonderful however. Our drinks we were served were also great, a Margarita and a wally by darned.nnMy mom and 2 daughters ordered steak over medium. They were cooked well done. Then my daughter had ordered ribs with her meal. They brought her shrimp. Took around 20 minutes for them to fix this error and bring her food back out. We ended up just taking hers home in a to go box. They did not charge us for my daughter's meal which was a plus. But by the time we left we had spent 2 hours in here and we were just ready to go home. I had the Alice Springs chicken and it was absolutely delicious.nThis wasn't the special trip that we had planned and I don't think we will be making the hour trip back anytime soon. Maybe this was just an off night for everyone there.

Very nice people and very helpful. Well today is a different story. Waited over an hour and half just to get seated.. Lied to us ,we had reservations for 6pm.got here at 5:45. Your table is almost ready. Will not be back.

How is it possible to spend 62.00 and not have at least ONE edible item. Lets begin with the sides.. asparagus was burned and was like chewing gum. My fries were massively salty. ..both orders. Now let's do the entrees... steak medallions flavorless, Salmon dry, twisty ribs ...really. I ate the bread with jam to wipe out the salt and burn on my tongue.
