My girlfriend and I came into tonight and had amazing service at the bar. Chelsea was outstanding. She never missed a beat. The food was incredible. We ordered the Mombo Combo. The tenders were so juicy. This place is at the top of our list. We will definitely be back the next time Chelsea is the bartender!!!!!

Food was great. It wasn't over priced and I wish I had our waiters name. That guy was excellent. We came in a large group and Noone had a drink get below 1/3 a cup. I back. The service was excellent and there were some menu items I have never tried before. The Buffalo wrap hot is excellent!

Just had dinner at mugshots for the first time and I will honestly say that it was the best food experience that I've had at any food place in fultondale by far since I've moved back from Colorado. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the prices were fair for what we got. If you haven't already been there, I would strongly recommend it.

My family and I went in Mugshots and loved our experience! Saturday night Zoe was my waitress. The kitchen seemed behind but she made sure we were taken care of and kept us updated, we really enjoyed her kindness and company! We went back again last night and Sky was our waitress, she kept our drinks full and was very polite. I definitely recommend this establishment and these servers!

Had Mugshots while living in Tuscaloosa. From what I understand this place is “new” to the area. Service was not good at all. Our server Chris was not good. It wasn’t busy at all! Mugshots serve beer batter fries, we order two burgers and one had regular fries and the other was the beer batter fries, we asked why they were different and he said that since they were low on budget the fries are random. That made no sense. The table next to us had all beer batter fries. I expected more but unfortunately there seems to be more training needed. We also didn’t get any refills. We had to ask. Maybe next time it’ll be different.
