I know what the hotel used to look like prior to the remodeling. They did an amazing job in updating! It was quiet, clean, and beautiful. I felt like I was staying at a resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed. I will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Great job!
This Best Western Inn is such an addition to Brewton!!! It is well maintained, and clean. With a welcoming scent as one walks thur the doors! This is a really nice hotel and there aren’t a whole lot of options in Brewton. I usually stay at a Holiday Inn Express when I travel for work and this hotel is very comparable to that. I stayed in a king suite and there was plenty of room in there to work and the amenities were clean and updated. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
This was a great experience for me at this Best Western. The rooms were pristine and smelled very clean. The lady at the dest was very polite and didn't hesitate to answer the question I had. Even the one she didn't know the answer to, she googled it and told me the answer. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone traveling to south Alabama.
Everything was great until the lady at the front got mad because I looked in the cabinet for creamer for my coffee. She told me I wasn't supposed to be looking in there. I apologized to her and waited for her to restock the creamer. I'm glad I didn't hold my breath, as I would still be waiting. I don't play about my coffee Everything else has been awesome. One rude employee getting mad at me for her not doing her job is enough to put a bad taste in my mouth. The room was in pristine shape and the whole place smelled nice.nEDIT: Thank you for your quick response. That was the only blemish on an otherwise great time.
