The food is eh. I go here 99% of the time mainly because they are the fast on that half of town. The staff is usually pretty nice.
Omg I love this place, I love the food but nothing like I love the Brownie Delights and Cinnamon bites. If you haven't tried them I promise you that's one thing you need to try !!
I was a paying customer and spend $40 on food and you cant let me use the restroom. You will NEVER get my business again and the people who work there were not friendly. I give the one and only star for the food.
Crazy how the actions of one individual can change ones experience. I placed a mobile order and was left watching people who had placed orders after I arrived get their food and leave. My order status went away from the screen. Finally a young lady asked if I had ordered and brought my order back to me. I sat there long enough to see that she was the ONLY ONE delivering orders in the cold. The 5 plus employees owe her a days wages. Now help me understand why I placed my order the most convenient way and added 30 minutes to my 4 hour drive.
I've been to numerous sonics around and this is by far the best I've been to. The management is always making sure the food is hot and fresh. They make a point to say hi to everyone they come in contact with. The best fast food in atmore, period..
