Waited at the shop while they did an oil change. I was surprised to see how busy they were. By phone or in person, there was a steady stream of customers. It had a feel of the way businesses used to be.

Always try their best to help get you what you need, they have the advantage of not being under contract for the parts so they are usually cheaper and can get more than the chain auto parts stores. Also make hydraulic lines.
