Would not recommend service department, it took 4-6months to repair our side by side. (Not even upset about that parts were not accessible and that’s understanding because everything with covid.) It’s been done maybe 2 weeks and we have not financially been able to pick up & pay because of this pandemic... For the longest time, during all of this we were under the impression Yamaha was taking care of the labor and Bridgeport equipment the parts, since the repair had been done prior to us purchasing the unit. Instead of the service department calling us, just to follow up about payment & pickup they had a meeting they were gonna send our bill to 3rd party collections after 30 days. And stated to avoid this, call us. After calling it was the same statement, service manager is rude. I feel from day one they didn’t care about us or our concerns or trying to help us. We had to personally get on phone with yamaha or we would have had over a 2000 bill. Terrible customer service, they don’t care about the customer. Definitely care more about money then they do customer and to lazy to call to find warranty out etc. This is not how you should treat your customers, or how a service department should run.

Pioneer 1000 was bought new here took it back(under warranty) it would not start. Code indicated wiring harness(we found that out, not them). They changed, fuel lines, fuel filter, fuel pump. Had it for a month. Ended up splicing wires on wiring harness.......( honda sells new ones for $20(we bought one). When we finally go to pick it up, Bill, service manager, I believe, told us if it broke again not to bring it back......was waiting for a chuckle.....nothing......we won't be back.

They weren't very attentive, had to wait a few minutes before someone helped us.

Took a Honda pioneer 1000 there that was under warranty told them what the problem was rear wiring harness for fuel injector they had it a month changed fuel filter fuel pump and fuel line with no results then found broken wire on rear fuel injector harness was told by service manager Bill if had anymore problems not to bring my bike back
