25 years ago I began working on my feet every day all day long. Before too long I realized that my back pain as unbearable as it was at the time was being caused by cheap boots. That's when I went to RedWing boot store and found a great boot, a comfortable boot that felt great to wear 16-20 hrs a day. My back problems resolved I could now begin making money and no loop longer miss work. Great hand made boots made in the USA. This store is clean and organized. The boots are expensive, as they should be for the comfort they provide day in and day out. The staff themselves at this store? I really don't care for them. They had a chance to continue our commercial account providing boots to over 5000 employees on a yearly basis and refused to compromise with our company policy forcing the company I work for to go elsewhere for cheap, uncomfortable boots that hurt your feet and back after a couple hours Great Boots, poor service.
Needed some laces before work, they were super fast and nice.
Offered suggestions so you could get the very best fit, very friendly help.
Ladies are very helpful
Its a great place to buy boots! Unfortunately the staff was less than friendly and didnt even bother asking to help us find something. Needless to say my boyfriend did not buy boots. Or go back knowing he still needs them... Dont work customer service if dont have customer service skills.
