They always find a reason to close early
Went into store with my mother in law. She wanted to return, or get in a correct size, a pair of very expensive shoes she needed in order to accommodate an orthotic insole. Wrong size. The CSR first tried to refuse the return saying they were worn. Nope. They weren't. They then said the shoes were outside of the 10 day business days, store credit only. When my mother in law purchased the shoes, the CSR told her a return would be fine at any time so long as they hadn't been worn. Nope. Not honored. None of the CSRs seemed very concerned in being helpful, only in keeping the sale credit. Not very good business practice, I'd say. Especially when business has been so negatively affected by COVID19.
