Being from El Paso the only place to get real authentic Mexican food, I was wary of trying a Mexican food restaurant in Odessa. I was shocked! This was better than some places back home. The owner/Chef is a wonderful lady from the heart of Mexico. She cooks all the food herself with fresh ingredients daily.nThe rice and beans were amazing as were the enchiladas and Menudo. If you like authentic home cooked Mexican food, this is the place to be. The drinks, Margaritas and Mojitos are wonderful and reasonably priced. They also have e a nice selection of appetizers. If I lived here, this would be my go to place.
Some of the best queso I've had in this area. Really clean area. The food had flavor but I prefer more heat in my food but overall worth the night out.

I really hate putting bad reviews but service was terrible, it took about an hour to get drinks and another to get food. Ceviche was just a pico de gallo hardly had any shrimp!
Took 15 mins to be asked a beverage. Took a extra 20 mins for ice chips and coke that was watered down as soon as it hit the ice ud83eudd26ud83cudfff♀ufe0f. Also my boyfriend and I waited 25 mins to be asked what did we want. Took 30 mins too cook and a extra 15 to have it to go. Mind you I ordered the CHILI VERDE NOT CHILI ROJO. I'll give you 2 stars because the meat was tender. No flavor in the rice or charo beans. Even a couple who got there before is ordered and left because they took to long. Honestly you all had 3 waitresses n 1 host. Some magic could have happened. You only had 3 tables after the 1sr couple left. Then the larger party had already eaten n left. So it took you all almost 1.5 hr to 1hr and 45 mins to serbe two tables... And didn't y'all just open up last year. ... Terrible service. No thank you
