The only reason why I am giving this red lobster three stars is because of the waiter we had he was very sweet and attentive,we left him a 30 dollar tip,but the food tasted like something you would receive in a microwave dinner,the stuffed mushrooms was very tiny and lacking flavor,my son's chicken strips off the kids menu was hard and was mostly batter I wouldn't give them to my dog,my coleslaw was warm and tasted off,the salmon wasn't bad that was pretty decent,my husbands green beans were so soggy I don't know but for the prices they charge I was expecting way better,I have been to other seafood restaurants that charged the same to a bit higher and was excellent,red lobster was disappointing this time and for over 100 dollars it should have been amazing! This chain needs to step up it's game or hire better cooks.

Did need a reservation or wait outside! Waitress very nice and attentive to our needs. Best surprise gift for my mom being first time she has ever had lobster and crab legs

This place is excellent. The service when seated was fantastic. The food was excellent, the people are nice, it's well-staffed and clean. Even when getting delivery, everything was delivered to us without issue. I highly recommend this location.

Upon entering everyone must wear a mask. They seat you at tables a safe distance apart. They hand you a paper menu that after you order it can be tossed out. The bathrooms were nice and clean, paper towels were full. The waitresses were very friendly and knowledgable about the specials, the new dishes and anything on the menu. We didn't have to ask to get our drinks refilled, or the bread replaced. Dishes were whisked away without having to ask. The servings were abundant and very filling, everything was so wonderfully flavored. It was a very relaxing afternoon lunch, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If in Odessa Texas you must go to the Red Lobster, you won't be disappointed.

I honestly count Red Lobster among my favorite chain restaurants, and I understand the Odessa environment is more challenging than most, but please consider a little retraining.nnThe world famous biscuits were piping hot when they arrived at our table, but almost completely raw on the inside, kinda like the biscuit version of lava cake. The skewered grilled shrimp looked like plastic and the taste approached nothingness. The Shrimp Linguini Alfredo sauce had a serious problem with WAY too much salt. And lastly, I appreciate the attention to cleanliness, but please ask your staff to not start mopping (possibly with bleach?) while guests are still eating. It is hard to actually taste, much less enjoy your food when all you can taste and smell is mop water.nnAfter all that, our waitress was truly awesome.
