Worst Location Ever! For it being one of the Richest Bank please invest some of the Fees you take into upgrading & Customer Service for your employees.
Drive through will take 15-20min per vehicle so if you don’t have 1-1:30hr to burn waiting then don’t go to this branch drive through!!
Had a valid ID and I go every other Friday using it and they denied it saying its not valid. But they were to lazy to hold it to the light and verify the water mark. Mind you I've been here 5 times before no problem.
I went in to chase today before 4:30p to open an account bank teller says yes and the manager said no we don't open accounts after 4:30 I explained to her that I been here before the time she said.. then she's says no we don't open accounts after 4p.. plus I have to count money and pick my boss which is coming in from Oklahoma.. lie after lie she tells.. I hope her boss reads this, because she didn't honor customer service.. the reviews didn't lie about this location
