Worst place ever! They’re credit card machine is ALWAYS “down” or “having issues” but they have no problem charging your card multiple times then stating your card was declined. But guess what?! I have 3 charges and I didn’t leave with my merchandise AND nobody answers the phone. My bank will place this as fraudulent but now, I have to pay extra just for their incompetence. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c

The register lady was nice curly hair short girl They have prom/formal wear. A few nice shoes and just stylish clothing overall and accessories. Clothes are not casual. Very small store but there's good choices
Cute items with ok quality, but not so great customer service.nA lot of other retail stores are also temporarily closed, but yet have great customer service regarding refunds and items being returned in mint condition.nI purchased an item probably over a month ago and it was cute but didn't look good on me so I Immediately returned it the day after I received it, had the return tracking number in hand, and it was successfully delivered on April 13th. Their refund policy states to give them up to two weeks to process that refund back into my acct. once they receive my return which I did. After the two weeks, without seeing my refund processed back, I e-mailed them informing them that I hadn't seen my refund being processed. They told me due to the virus it may take a bit longer and to give them a little more time, again so I did. Two weeks later I still haven't received my refund.nI repeat there are many stores temp. closed but are still maintaining great customer service for online shopping.nI wouldn't think it should be that hard to refund my money.nI really hope you guys work on it, cause I don't feel like a valued customer.
