I would give a zero but it's not allowed. Took a boot over to have the zipper repaired at the Cedar Park store. My husband went last Saturday morning to pick it up for me. He was there at 8:00am. Their website and door sign said they opened at 8:00am. He sat there for 40 minutes and no one ever showed up. I called the RR store and a very nice man called the owner and he said the person working was late, but we didn't know that until after my husband left. I then went on Monday morning to get my boot. I told the guy working what had happened and he didn't seem to really care much. Just said they were having issues keeping people but the new owner guy seemed to be getting it together. He did apologize. I don't have time to make two trips to pick up shoes. My husband wasn't happy to sit and waste his time. I get that sometimes things happen, but a call from the owner to apologize would have been appreciated. I'm going to the RR store from now on. The professional customer service there is much appreciated!
